Order updates
You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is dispatched. Where tracking is available, the confirmation will include the tracking details.
Returns

30-day free returns
Customers in Australia and the United Kingdom can request a free return within 30 days after receiving their order. We accept unused or gently used items, damaged or defective items, and items that do not match their description.
How to return an item
A prepaid return label is included in your package. Use the return destination printed on that label and email support@homevibesliving.com with your order number to confirm your return. Return shipping is free. If the label is missing or unusable, contact us for help before sending your item.
Refunds and replacements
We inspect returned items and process approved refunds within 7 business days after receipt. Refunds go to the original payment method, and we email you when the refund has been processed. Your payment provider may take additional time to show it in your account.
For items lost in transit, damaged on arrival, or significantly not as described, contact us so we can arrange a refund or replacement. Approved replacements are sent at no extra cost. We do not offer direct exchanges; you may return an eligible item and place a new order.
