We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns on

Unused or gently used items

Items that arrive damaged or defective

Orders that do not match their description


Return window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return


 

🔄 Replacements & Refunds

 

We do not process exchanges

However, we offer replacements or full refunds if

The item was lost in transit

The item was damaged on arrival

The item was significantly not as described


Once approved, replacements are dispatched at no extra cost


 

📦 How to Start a Return

Send the item back using the pre-paid label included in your package

Email us to confirm your return

Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and we’ll notify you by email when your refund is processed


 

💳 Refunds

 

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is approved

All refunds are issued to the original payment method


EXCHANGES are not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons

If you’d like a different item, you can return your order for a full refund and place a new one
